DATES
Casa Bienvenida welcomes adults only. Since there are no facilities for children in the house or in the vicinity and the swimming pool is not fenced, the house is not suitable for children. Parties or events are not allowed.

We keep the house hygienic and allergy-free, which is why smoking is not allowed indoors and no pets or pets are allowed.
​
The entire villa is equipped with an air conditioning and heating system; for the sake of conscious use of energy, it is requested to keep the windows and doors closed during heating or cooling.
PRICES
The rental price includes: the exclusive use of the holiday home, electricity, water, internet and Smart TV with TV-Vlaanderen and Spanish TV. A basic package of household products is provided (detergent and dishwashing liquid, garbage bags, toilet paper,…).

Mid season (school holidays, June & September): 185 € per night
High season (July-August): 270 € per night
Deposit: 500 €
Mandatory final cleaning: 155 €
Optional: pool heating at €20/night during the winter months, at €15/night during spring and autumn.
